There was an interesting article published today (01/03/13) at AoM about morning workout. I wonder, what do you do, if anything, to start your day, to wake up your body and give a charge to your muscles in the morning? Do you prefer outdoor running, or some indoor exercises? And how much time you can give in the morning for physical activity?

I hate doing team PT.  It's my time to be alone with my thoughts.  Or Rhianna.  Mostly to be alone with Rhianna.

What is PT, if you forgive my ignorance?

Physical Training.  It's a military term.

Varies, but if want overall, solid bodyweight workout, go Tabata.

Personally, i prefer to stretch it out all day, but i do my heavy lifting in the morning, as a way to "kickstart the engine". Primarily high-weight, low rep, and a combination of lower body, upper body, and core training on my home weight bench. Takes about an hour, but thats mainly because i tend to get caught up watching Dexter while i'm doing it. To keep my metabolism up, i try to do a few sets of pushups and crunches every few hours, if i'm not too busy.

Yes, this is the one I referred to before, thanks for he link.
