I love propaganda posters from that period, the imagery is great. For some reason though I've always thought the Soviets were streets ahead of the west when it came to design!

There was also some impressive stuff coming out of the Spanish Civil War

"Oh yeah. Your form is probably off. Front squat shouldn't really be felt in the hamstrings or inner thighs. It's a quad exercise as much as a lowbar back squat is a hamstring exercise."
