My wife and I got married this past April. Now that we are living together I'm noticing a trend. She puts on cute, sexy, nice things to sleep in every night. I put on an old t-shirt and take my pants off. Done. This can't be a fair exchange and I don't want to look like a slob when I go to bed.

Do you guys have any suggestions for the proper gentleman's attire for bed time?

I have a union suit but it just doesn't sit right and exposes the small of my back , ether they don't make them the right way now or my body is to long .

If you what to have some fun get some satin sheets and satin pillow cases for the bed and satin pjs for the both of you. My wife and I did this years ago and slid around the bed all night. We couldn't even keep the pillows under our heads. We laughed all night but then put the cotton sheets back on the next night to get some sleep.

IMHO a man is best attired for bed when he is not attired at all.  When you are nude you are not a slob and you perfectly compliment your wife who may wear sexy sleepwear.  You will be sexiest for her when you do not wear any sleepwear. You are a man and that is who she wants next to her in bed.

That's it, right there.

Here in Korea, they have stores which offer cute, matching underwear for couples. If your are comfortable with somewhat feminine looking underwear then I might suggest you try it.

Take it easy Justin,

Women are generally more complicated in what they like than men. There is just no telling. When I had a conversation about 'sexy underwear for guys' she totally blew my mind. I honestly couldn't figure out what she liked or not, even though she tried to tell me, and all the women I've talked to about it were in disagreement.

If your wife doesn't have a preference, sleep in what makes you comfortable. Maybe change from an old shirt to a new one, and make sure she knows you appreciate here dressing 'up'.

FYI: Justin is no longer a member of AoM.Sorry to see him go. He generated a heap of discussion.

Davis

He did? He appears to have made 9 posts before getting his panties in a twist and leaving.

Well since the other responses were deemed silly why the hell shouldn't I post these.

What woman could resist that?

I'm not sure what to say about that, Paul. lol

But here's another suggestion just in case the OP would rather not be so umm... "obvious".

I'm not sure that "world's fastest man" is a good thing in bed...

lol. Oh, I hadn't considered that. That's a good point.

Tamar Gendler: An Introduction to the Philosophy of Politics and Economics

Tamar Gendler, Department of Philosophy Chair at Yale University, Cognitive ScientistWho gets what and who says so? These two questions underlie and inform every social arrangement from the resolution of schoolyard squabbles to the meta-structure of human societies. They are also the basis of political philosophy. Professor Tamar Gendler uses the work of three titans of the discipline, Thomas Hobbes, John Rawls, and Robert Nozick, as a lens to guide us through the taut debate about the role of…See More
