What ONE thing will you do to improve yourself this year?

For me, I will master the second language I am learning

Not much this year but I'm thinking about next year.
I need to lose weight... its been one of those things ive wanted to do for a while now, and i'm committed to doing it.

...just have to get through the next couple of weeks
Me too. I'm out to the last notch on the old belt already and the Christmas candy hasn't really come out yet.
it is a thing you need to worry about your whole life. Why losing weight only for a year and then gaining it again? If you will constantly stay on a certain weight level, then you're good. :)
I would like to get back to exercising. I will also try to be more patient and optimistic.
This year? Flirt with my wife.

Next year: help her survive having 2 babies in the house!
Money management. I am struggling with that at the moment, spending it on things that I really don't need. If I continue, it can turn into a habit.....
Good question. I believe what I need most at the moment is to have a better anger management. Been working on it (with quite some success), but I still have room to improve.
Work on getting better at selling myself (as in my services, the work I do, etc. at the office, and to my clients).

For more personal development, the perennial "get in better shape" seems the most likely candidate.
Good one. I choose this one too.
I need to start taking college more seriously and finally pick up the guitar I've been meaning to try out for ages.
I would lose the weight I've put on in the last few years. In fact, January 1st, is the beginning of the process of losing 55 pounds! I can do it! I can! I can!
