What is a man when you think about it? What qualities make someone a man?

You didn't want to touch the seats.
What are you talking about Philip? They are talking about the Rocky Horror Picture Show, which has freaks and a transvestite.

Seriously, though, why wouldn't southerners know about RHPS? It's quite good. Weird, but still good.
Some of us are secure enough in our masculinity, to not worry about that kind of thing. After all, it's okay for a man to feel pretty, and witty...oh wait, wrong musical! ;)

lol
Permalink Reply by Chuck Knight on November 21, 2012 at 11:55am Oh, is that the next line? I thought it was pretty, and witty, and bright.
My bad.
Ah, a google search has shown that we're both right. In the later verses, gay is at the end of that particular phrase. (Said in my best Artie Johnson voice) Verrrry interrresting that it's only the later verse which came to your mind, Carl...was there something you want to tell the rest of us?
Now, maybe this will help you a bit. I'll quote George Clinton, and tell you to just...free your mind.
Permalink Reply by Sean on November 20, 2012 at 6:32pm A man is the maker of his own destiny, the forger of his own soul. He is a man at all times and in all places, whether he stands in the forefront of battle, or sits in a room and lets his daughters paint his fingernails. He meets all challenges with fortitude, and is not bowed under, even though he fails, for he knows that the effort is the thing, and not to try would be the true failure. He sometimes stands alone, sometimes with others; sometimes he marches with the crowd, and sometimes against it, and sometimes away from it completely for what they do is of little concern to him. He tries his best at whatever task he sets his hand to, and his word is his bond. Neither size of his wallet nor his clothes define him; they are things he may use, but they are not him nor his heart, but fashions that are here today and gone tomorrow. He will endure and outlast them, for he is made of greater stuff: himself.
