what finger do you wear a ring on and what ring is manlier
im trieing to figure out what finger is the manliest to where a ring on i would definently where it on the right so middle? right ring? pinky? i think either the pinky or the right ring finger but can figure it out and witch of these rings is the manliest?

Neither ring is my "style", so I can't help there. Historically, men's rings are worn on the ring finger, the one next to the pinkie. Class rings (mostly Service Academies these days) and wedding bands on the left hand. Signet rings tend to go on the pinkie, a hold over from the days when letters and documents were sealed with hot wax.
The left hand preference is likely due to most men being right-handed and back in the day of routinely bearing arms, one wouldn't want anything interfering with your sword hand's grip.

I agree with Native Son on where you should wear your ring - the ring finger.
Given a choice between the two rings you showed, the first one is more masculine; it being more bulky.

I like the second one, as it looks more Celtic and less like the Death Star. Don't know what's manlier.
I'm no expert, but to me a pinky ring seems effete.

I have to agree with Will the second ring on ring finger. However, you should try to get a ring that goes well with the size of your hand. Large hand larger ring small hand smaller ring. Go to a jewelry store and try on a few rings to see what looks best. The Celtic design looks great with the emerald colored stone.

Rings can be worn on almost any finger you like. Traditionally on the ring-finger, obviously, or on the pinkie-finger (although this last, is usually reserved for signet-rings).

For a general ring, not a specific one like a wedding ring, it's common to wear it on your right hand. And, most commonly they're worn on the "ring finger" which is the 4th digit.
But, depending on the ring, and a sense of scale, they can be worn on any finger.
My own preference for vintage turquoise means that some of my rings are huge, and I wear the huge rings on my middle finger. It gives a better sense of balance. This is my most recent acquisition, and it is a beautiful piece.
There are also, if you're in to that sort of thing, specific meanings for rings worn on specific fingers.
