Not that my skin is horrible but it could be better. I keep a strict crossfit workout schedule with no weights although my diet could be better, I also like to apply something for my face twice a day and shower twice a day.
What do you do ? I'd love to hear it

Permalink Reply by Cisco Carson on January 9, 2013 at 10:18pm I take Alive vitamins because they have veggies in them, I hate vegetables, If vegetables had eyes, I'd poke them out with a stick.

For my skin I have a face wash and an after shave balm. I drink a lot of green thee, (some people say that it´s good for your skin) eat pretty healthy and take a multivitamin-pill every day.
