I have my first Tough Mudder next Saturday. I've been training fairly regularly leading up to it and know that where I'm at now is where I'll be next week. 

Do any of you veteran mudders have any advice for the last week, such as how much to train, how much to eat, general things to keep in mind, etc.

Having never done anything like a Tough Mudder I don't have any advice but I would like to say good luck and I'm impressed by anyone who puts in the training to achieve something like that! 

I have no advice as well, but have fun!

Pretty sure most of us should be asking you for advice.

I'd be interested in how yo preped. I want to set Muddering as a goal for next summer.

For the Tender Fadda I napped every day for an hour, then hit the martinis hard at cocktail hour. It was easy but so worth it, with the training leading me to third place in the Comfy Chair Division.
