One day, I observed the little one. I smiled watching him with his Ironman Mask on, crawling around, happy as could be. Suddently I recalled a virtue I heard, maintain a Sprit of Youth. In that moment I resolved to smile more and enjoy the little things. Most of all feed the youthful wonder

I am curious what are some lessons you have, or could, learn from children?

I think keeping a sense of wonder about the world is a big thing. Also, allowing ourselves to feel and express emotions is important, in my opinion.

Drop the soap and cut a bitch who tries to steal your snack cake.

...Oh, I read "children" as "prison."

Kids seem to have the wonderful ability, probably crappy attention spans in reality, that they don't really seem to hold grudges. That changes with the moodiness of puberty but before that it typically runs stuff happens, they get fussy, they get over it fairly quick and are back to playing. Even with the kid they were screaming, "I HATE you!" to moments before. It sometimes takes real effort and as much a years as an adult to get over stuff and move on.
