My workouts are getting pretty long - bordering on 2 hours. I get a lot done in that time, but I wonder if there is a more efficient way to get as good an exercise.

Is it generally better to have longer workouts resulting in a greater net amount of exercise (i.e., workout until I get x sets done), or time-limited workouts that are more intense but shorter?
