Once again, there's a SPAMMER getting email addresses from AoM Groups.
If you have an AoM referenced email from "Alex Lamont", delete it without opening it.
You're being "phished" by a scammer or other sort of baddie who really wants to either get your cash or infect your computer with some sort of virus.
The tip-off is that you get several emails, from the sam person, on the same day, referring to AoM Groups you're in.
I don't know the technical ins and outs of how the baddies get the email addresses, but I've had this happen several times, and the type of email fits the description of phishing.

They don't have your email address. They are sending a message to the entire group. If you look carefully you'll see the email comes from AOM.
It looks like his profile has now been deleted/disabled.
You can't. Ning doens't allow it. Brett can.
As in Brett McKay who owns the website, he's quite busy and it might take a bit for him to delete it for you. I'm not sure though, as I've never tried to contact him.
