Hello. I am wondering if anyone has had the same (lack of) experience as I have with weak facial hair growth. I want to go for a slightly devilish, Pirates of the Caribbean look, without connection between my chin and lip. Does anyone have good luck with moustache wax to encourage it to grow out to the side instead of straight out like cheese curls? And are people really putting Rogaine on their faces? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I suspect, as with so many things, time is going to be your friend.
My own beard started by sticking straight out. It's only now, after a month of growth, just beginning to lay down and look neater.
