Are we seriously this scared of a country that can't even keep the lights on?

Am I supposed to believe that our intelligence community hasn't kept up with the goings on and would respond quickly if there was any actual danger?

Why not just cut off all cheese going in there?

Healthcare. He wanted to kick things off with an infrastructure bill. But, he let Ryan talk him into running healthcare first.

I don't consider Ryan an expert either. FWIW

But, you do consider the guys who fucked up a third of the world experts, and the guy putting a stop to it a child.

Experts sometimes make mistakes. That doesn't mean the child knows better than them.

Nor do I think he's somehow magically avoiding the mistakes they made. If anything, I think he's making them worse.

If by "sometimes" you mean every damn time, then yes I agree.

And I can see why you think things are getting worse

US government; creating sand shortages in deserts since 1919

Really, PDRK can say, "See, I told you the US was evil" about Trump, Obama, Bush, Clinton, Bush, Reagan, and everyone back to Truman.  And have.  It takes a lot to imagine Trump's sass makes it different.

The only thing he's said about Trump, is that Trump will only respond to an act of force...

And actually, it seems like Trump is daring him to use force.

Ike threatened to nuke China if they didn't get NK to the negotiating table. None of this is without precedent.

I don't have a quote for that (who is the "he" that said this abt Trump?  Press secretary?).  But I find "I will only respond to an act of force" reassuring.  Wouldn't it be awful if the US responded -- think about what "response" means here! -- to mere words?

I hesitate, because I don't know the quote.

Kim Jung Un said that about Trump...

That's where the whole Guam statement came from.

I thought that going to war with Iraq would be a quick and easy win. What a surprise.
