She looks gorgeous, mate. I had a friend with one in high school It was a running son'b*tch.
Looks in great shape.
Thanks guys. I've had a couple chances to shake some of the dust off of her. She is not real fast on the 0-60 mark, but I got her up to speed and chickened out at 125 and let off of it with plenty of heat still in the pedal and she sticks to the road like she actually has a grip on it. The steering and suspension are unbelievably tight. The car is really a lot of fun to sport around in.
Some odd and ends I don't like though. There are no cup holders at all, the stick is in an awkward position so that you can't comfortably put your elbow on the center console and hold the stick while you drive, the turn signal lever does not automatically pop back to neutral when you complete a turn, the clutch pedal travel is way to far and the instrument panel is really awkward in its set up and configuration, and the door frame is set too high, so you can't comfortably prop your elbow in the window while you drive and she steers hard at low speed. Also, and I find this a little odd, the clutch acts dramatically different in 1st and 2nd than it does through the other three gears, making getting used to driving it a little hard. I can't yet go through all five gears as smoothly as I'd like, creating a little jerkyness in the first two gears. This bugs me as my last 5 speed, I could balance a glass filled with tea on the dashboard and never shake the liquid from a dead stop all the way through the gears.
All in all a great car with the biggest issues being the design and setup of the interior.
