Hello everyone, what do you think of men with shaved heads or buzz cuts? Are they manly? Do you think they look good in suits? I used to keep my hair buzzed, but had stopped for my lady friend of the time, and do not know if I should start again or let it grow out and style it some. I have olive skin, brown hair, and I wear glasses, if that helps at all.

I began not long after my balding began. Everyone has preferences, but I don't think it's a deal breaker for most people. They'll probably find something else to dislike about you first :)
I'm thinking of shaving it off again. I've always had very short hair (Marine flattop), then in 2008 in Iraq we all shaved our heads and I liked it. Did my own hair till 2012 when I retired. The transition counselors all say that you should grow a normal civilian hairdo so that you don't scare any potential employers. So I grew it out a bit. I don't like it. I have a slightly uneven receding hairline/widows peak. I looked good with it shaved and will probably do it again once I find a job. Plus, it was much cheaper (no barbers) and I never had a bad hair day. But like others have said, you have to have the right shaped head to pull it off. You generally need a nice round skull and a fairly square jaw.
