manly smells
I'm a single guy, so I have to do all the cleaning myself. The trouble is, it seems all house cleaning products are geared towards women. So, my question is, can anyone recommend manly scented cleaning products or room deoderizers because even if I use odor-less cleaning products, it seems my only choices are 'clean linen' or 'pine scented' air freshners.

Pine sol is always decent.
other than that there is a company (i can't remember the name but google should find it for you) that makes manly scented candles (like 'leather' 'camp fire' etc.) so that could replace the 'flowery cleaning smell' with something more masculine.
just a thought.

For a disinfectant cleaner, try white vinegar with lemon juice. Environmentally friendly, cheap, and not overpowering.
