I'm 23 years old, and I am extremely overweight. I've joined Weight watchers and I'm following that and I've just joined a gym. I need to lose 150-200 lbs to be to a normal weight. Between the gym and weight watchers, is that a good start or do I need to do more?
My cousin, who was obese went on the Nutrisystem plan and he lost a bunch of weight in a relatively short period to where he looks too skinny now. He has been heavy his entire life. It's expensive but it's easy and it works. Working out would help out too, burning the candle at both ends you'd be lean AND buff and what lady wouldn't like that!
