Sherlock Holmes always said there is no such thing as a coincidence , so why is it that when someone posts a picture , without naming names , they always load at the very least eight pictures to bump any one else off the main page .

l am all for selling stuff in the room added for this purpose but l for one an over it on the main page .

If I may offer a slightly dissenting voice, I don't care. As long as what he posts stays in the Swap Meet, he can post his little pictures to his absolute hearts' content.

Yeah.  I figured that's pretty much the point of having a section called "The Swap Meet".

I wasn't trying to run the man off, Michael.  I think everyone's main complaint is the amount of pictures he uploads. It sometimes appears as though the site itself is a razor swapmeet.

Anyway, I'm sorry if it appeared that way. That wasn't my intention. I've only disinvited one "gentleman" from the site. But he was a pompous jerk, and he deserved it.

I agree that my issue is purely the photos as well.

No, I understood Margie. I did not mean to imply you were being that way at all. Maybe it's just the way I have my browser windows set up or whatever, but I never see the pictures.

Umbrellas ok?

Is it appropriate for a man to carry and use an umbrella? I keep a simple, black, compact umbrella in the car for heavy down pours. On my way from my full-time job to my part-time I got caught in a downpour and grabbed my umbrella when I got to work. When I walked in I was teased by numerous co-workers with lines like, "nice umbrella," and "that's a manly umbrella." Although those may seem like compliments when read, the tone used when said was condescending. To my knowledge, it is perfectly…See More
