Recently i had a stroke (which is odd at 23) and i have been writting a great deal trying to get my handwritting back up to par. I have bought a few fountian pens and and started a journal and its realy helped make the most of my life.

I think every man should keep a journal as it hightens your awareness of your surroundings and whats going on in your life. But the most important thing it does i think is help you lead an active pourposefull life. Try and write weekly or monthly. You can tell that if your posts become monoutnus or unintresting chances are you could work to spice up your life. Always ask yourself if after i die and some random person were to pick up my journal would they find it intresting and want to read it? Try and make the answer yes. Thinking this way helps keep you from falling into the monontney of a mediocer life.
