Hello, everyone.

I have been reading the Art of Manliness for a few years and I felt it was about time to start participating in the community.

I'm 27 years old, a chess player, former fencer, urban fisherman, personal productivity aficionado. I live in the US, but grew up in Southamerica.

I am interested in many of the topics discussed in the community as well as in AofM, like leadership, personal development and skills that should be kept alive.

I hope to have great discussions with everyone!

Welcome, Rene, to AoM!

Welcome to the community, Rene! Great to see this community growing.

Also, just out of curiosity, if you don't mind me asking, where in South America were you raised?

I grew up in Ecuador.
