Creationists and evolutionists alike can agree that survival of the fittest can lead to a natural micro evolution in humans. However, how far do you think this can go in regards to modern science and medicine? Children are being born with severe conditions and with the help of incredible doctors they are surviving. Both weak and strong, dumb and smart, "attractive" and "ugly" men and woman have access to food and basic medicine to help them combat what we now consider minor ailments (something that easily could have killed our predecessors a few hundred years ago). There is no more filter for who survives, so does this mean that the micro evolution will end? Are we at our evolutionary peak?
On the other hand, take a look at new olympic records. People are somehow getting faster and stronger. Then again, drinking milk with hormones in it might have something to do with it.
I did not think I needed to mention that you are the exception, because it should be obvious.
It's not all doom and gloom to me, but I do think that devolution and genetic degradation is accelerating. Societal devolution is something I believe is happening as well, even though there are occasional bright spots.
I do feel that we are devolving, in a manner of speaking. The worst of our genes are being allowed to replicate. While at the same time, at least in the more advanced cultures, the best of our genetic examples are reproducing at a steadily decreasing rate. Now, how long that will last, etc, is another debate all together.
