Hey! My name is Dakota Caraway. I've been reading up on the art of manliness blog for a week now and It's been a great inspiration. Recently I've been in a slum and reading these articles has made me start to re-think about how I've been spending my time. I've been a bit of a wall flower for awhile and the advice that this blog gives is just... why did I not discover this a few years back? This has been the most excitement I've felt in awhile. But I have to admit, the advice given on here is only valuable if you put it to use. Recently I've been reading the Heading Out on Your Own series and even though I thought I knew what I was doing being a year away from home, I fall short in most areas. I hope that my time here will help me grow and I will get to know a few people who I can call friend.
Also: I was afraid my first post was a bit abrasive and I would hate for that to have been my introduction.
