Over the years people have used the community to sell their wares, which is fine. The problem is that some folks are constantly posting new items for sale on their personal page or in a group which causes the activity feed to be mucked up with photos and descriptions of their items for sale. That ruins the community experience for everyone. In fact, I've had several complaints about it during the past few months.

To solve that, I've created a Classifieds section where AoM Community Members can list their items for sale. I'm charging a nominal $.50 fee to create a listing. The goal is to prevent people from abusing the classifieds section and to help pay for the monthly fee I must pay to provide this service.

From here on out, please post the items you'd like to sell in the Classifieds section- not on your personal page, not in a group, not in a forum discussion, not as a photo- the Classifieds section. People who can't follow this rule will be promptly banned.

Thanks!

"Cheapest K-cups at Costco at home. Otherwise, black from the guy with the corner coffee shop in the building where I work (cheaper and close than Starbucks, Peet's or Philz)."

Native Son replied to Raul Duron Jr.'s discussion How can I improve my leadership abilities?
"If I may.  Watch the episodes of "Band of Brothers" that are about training in stateside and in England.  Closely observe the Easy Company C.O.   That's exactly how you don't lead."

"You can read books and posts, but what it really comes down to is experience and trial by fire. I've been an NCO for six years and I'm still developing my leadership style. Something to consider though is lessons learned from past and…"
