Over the years people have used the community to sell their wares, which is fine. The problem is that some folks are constantly posting new items for sale on their personal page or in a group which causes the activity feed to be mucked up with photos and descriptions of their items for sale. That ruins the community experience for everyone. In fact, I've had several complaints about it during the past few months.

To solve that, I've created a Classifieds section where AoM Community Members can list their items for sale. I'm charging a nominal $.50 fee to create a listing. The goal is to prevent people from abusing the classifieds section and to help pay for the monthly fee I must pay to provide this service.

From here on out, please post the items you'd like to sell in the Classifieds section- not on your personal page, not in a group, not in a forum discussion, not as a photo- the Classifieds section. People who can't follow this rule will be promptly banned.

Thanks!

"Depending on religious tradition you may add:   Moses, the rest of the city of Enoch, and 3 Nephites.   And even those might be assumed to either have gone through a death & ressurection event, or will in the future."

"I once subscribed to Newsweek magazine, and used my cat's name instead of my own.  My cat got a letter asking him to join AARP. I think they buy mailing lists from anyplace they can."

"So this exaggerates what we already saw in the original graph:  liberals trust media outlets way more (24) than do conservatives (5). And I'm almost ready to shell out for a WSJ online subscription.  I'm not quite there yet."
