Hello people! Don't even remember how i found this site, but i quickly found the 30 day to becoming a better man articles and thought i would start and see where it goes, how much it can change me and what it would make of me!

I'm already at day 6, but had trouble at day 5, only got one of those thanks out and really don't know where to adress another 2...  And i'm not that good at social interactions and feeling stuff and so on.

Do you think i should take another day for it or should i keep on doing the next days, while also putting some time into getting those thanks out, maybe with a "penalty" of one more thank for every few days?

Welcome, Rognan! It might be a good idea to take another day and think about day five, since you might get more out of that. But I wouldn't bother too much about it. As long as you are thinking about it, I would say that's enough.

You get one re-submit on day five. You get out of it what you put into it. It is your transformation accept no less that everything out of yourself.

The Great Debate

"Iron sharpens iron." A place for men to impact each other by debate and exchange of ideas. This is a group where no ideas are off limits. If your motto is, "I never talk about politics or religion," this group is probably not for you. A "gym" for thinkers.See More
