This will be a quick intro, as I've actually been a member here before. It was during a rather tumultuous time of my life though, so I actually left and came back a few times before giving up altogether and deleting pretty much my entire online presence for the sake of getting my life back together.

With that said, my name is Carl, I am glad to be back here among the men of AoM, and this time I hope to stay and learn as much as I can, so long as you will have me. A little about me, I am a bookworm, a Trekkie, a general science geek, a naturalist (i.e. I believe in only those things that do exist in our natural universe, nothing supernatural), happily partnered to a man who I met two years ago and been inseparable from since. I live in Topeka, KS, though soon my time will be spent over the road as the passenger on my partner's truck, and possibly learning to be a trucker myself.
