I'm not sure if this has been a point of discussion for the community before but it seemed like something I should post about. On MTV there is a show called Guy Code giving semi-helpful tips for guys. These tips include relationship advice, personal life, and other matters.
Has anyone seen the show? Any thoughts on the show?

Just need to come up with a good tag line...
Permalink Reply by Big Bad Moose on February 20, 2013 at 9:52pm I believe the point that Sheildes is trying to get across to you is that your sexual orientation is accepted here, as with race, religion, age, etc. However, there's no need to express it so much. That's not saying you should be suppressed. It's great that you believe in your identity but there's simply no need to express it so thoroughly because it is not a deciding factor in your reputation here.
So much more can be said here but alas others have beaten me to it.
This is a forum, where we get together. It is not a verbal war zone. Part of sharing anything, like a forum, it to live with others opinions. I have a few friends that I would die for but sometimes I could throw a brick at them. Employ Ben Franklin's virtues. In this case: Silence, Humility, Tranquility, Justice and Sincerity. That goes for other members as well. No need for hostilities regardless of how one may act.

You must be new.
Permalink Reply by Caleb Herring on February 20, 2013 at 9:54pm Another example of this piece of trash being attacked by EVERYONE not in his minority, just for being gay.
More importantly why SHOULD you feel strongly about your place in the world just because you're gay? Sir Ian McKellan. He's married to a man, but he doesn't act like a complete jerk about it. He doesn't think he deserves anything more than anyone else simply because he's gay. He didn't become Gandalf because he's gay, he got an iconic role because he's a great actor.

Permalink Reply by Stein on February 23, 2013 at 12:58am Man, Cisco, the only thing we ever see you being here is rude. Along with being a lawyer, I am an actor and i know tons of gay men. Really I could care less about your orientation. What I do care about is treating each other well, and you sir, have written repeated rude messages here. I don't want to beat around your bush. We will treat you as a man deserving of respect, if you do the same with the rest of us. The rules are the same for you as they are for any other man here.
