I have to give a point-counter point speech in class regarding gun control. I'm on the side of more gun control. I know a lot of you have some strongly held beliefs on the subject; I don't know much about it. What are your opinions of guns? I want to know what the current gun control laws in the country are and what your thoughts on these laws are. Any and all view points would be greatly appreciated.

And now that you've pulled the pin and released the spoon on THAT hand grenade...
This is going to start a whole debacle, isn't it?
HIT THE DECK!!!
must ....resist ..... must.. hold back ......
Gun control is very important and we always need more of it. I see people all the time shooting with only one hand, you ALWAYS use two hands.
. . .unless you're holding a gun in each.
That one needs to get added to the Favorite Movie Lines thread. Classic.
I thought of that as soon as I read the post. Ha I'm so happy you put that on here.
Jack Neulist set it up. It just wouldn't be the same without the set up.

Funny thing is, the wild west wasn't at all like Hollywood says it was.

Required Reading

There's a similar thread right now but it's bizarre and spammy. So. What, in your opinion, is required reading to be part of the human race? What is absolutely essential, whether it be philosophy, history, religion, or even classic fiction or poetry?See More
