It seems that pants over the last few years have had decreasing room in the crotch. I have tried to buy relaxed fit pants, but it seems like the manufacturer maintains the same distance between the top of the pants and the crotch.
Has anyone else had the same issue? If so, what pants have worked for you? I've considered BDUs but don't know of anywhere around me that sells them so that I could try them on.
Columbia cargo pants work?
Thanks for the help.

Why can't manufacturers simply make the distance between the top of the pant and the end of the crotch longer? It seems like they're all making this distance shorter and shorter, such as 6 in. or so. Why not make it 8 or 10?
