Dynamic tension
How does it work? My friend told me it would give me the same workout as weights, my uncle told me its only good for building tone when you already have muscle mass. Any testimonies?

I did sports science and biomechanics at university and I only ever heard a tiny bit about it, from what I remember it's used on military ships and submarines, one bit I know is put your hands in the preying position around chest height and push together as hard as you can.
