Just about everyone who doesn't thinks it's gross, but I happen to be one of those suckers who likes it a lot.

All the people out there saying smokeless tobacco is bad for your health, I would like you to check out this article:http://www.tobaccoharmreduction.org/faq/healtheffectsofst.htm

Thanks

This website looks old, unreferenced, and not very trustworthy. Sorry man.

There are a few links in the article itself. I haven't had time to check them out but have read the article and it makes a good point for anyone willing to read. At least it gives people the chance to form their own opinion about it rather than being forced into all the one sided articles.
Just to add a few of the references throughout the article:

(See Lee & Hamling 2009)

A reading list for further knowledge

And it says in the article, "Much of the following is taken from Rodu and Godshall's Tobacco harm reduction: an alternative cessation strategy for inveterate smokers. See the original for further reading or for details on the research behind the conclusions."

Also check out this site. It has plenty of references and a link to this article can actually be found in the previous article I have posted. Please check this one out as well. Thanks.
