Buy Boots Too Big Or Too Small?
Hi,
I'm sure it's been asked a million times. I want to buy some H Hudson Herman boots. I have the option of a 7 or an 8. I feel the best size for me may be a 7.5. Should I get slightly too small or slightly too large? The boots are all leather, with a leather sole. I normally wear thick (Explorer) socks. I want to wear the boots both for work and leisure (i.e. going out to town, restaurant, etc with jeans)...

Have you tried them on with the style of socks you are looking to wear them with? Go with whatever feels best. I'd guess a hair large and wear a thicker sock as too tight can become painful.

Yeah, I've tried them on, with the socks, but I still feel, really, I want a 7.5. Maybe I'll go for the larger, as you say...
