I know this is not the best forum for this but I feel this may be the best way to get some attention. It has been almost 2 weeks since I ordered a package from AoM and there have been no updates to my order status. On top of that both of my emails to the customer support staff have been ignored, the first one being sent 6 days ago.

If anyone at AoM sees this please respond so this issue can be resolved.

Thank you.

I do know the shop just transitioned to be something more legitimate and official than the shop you used to place your order. I would try to contact the new people and see if they can be of help.

Thank you I will give that a try.
