Good day Gentlemen,

Firstly, I'd like to say that it is with great pleasure that I join the ranks of this excellent website. The world needs a guide like this now more than ever.

My name is Jakob, however; for my own purposes, I shall assume the title Idle Critic.

It is my objective to improve myself through the principles outlined by this website, and to improve society in general through the advocation of the reconstruction of society as it existed a century ago (without the obvious bad aspects of the era, like sexism, racism, classism, etc). It is my belief that western society reached a peak in wonderfulness, good taste, and a pleasurable existance at that time.

So, before I begin to ramble too much, I look forward to contriuting to this sensible and tastefull community.

In other words, ignore he bit about the title Idle Critic in the original post.
