In other words, I am looking into changing my scent. For several years i've been sticking with my regular scent I found quite amazing when I was younger.
I have now matured, and I am starting to look like a man. And now, I would also like to smell like a man as opposed to smelling like a teenager.
Is there any scents out there that smell like leather, tobacco, wood or other manly things like welding flames and diesel?
I am looking for a scent to put on, when I haven't shaved - thankfully it is easy to find manly scents in aftershave and shaving creme, but when it comes to perfume and deodorants, it is a great deal harder.
Thank you in advance,
Jonathan

Permalink Reply by Jonathan Bjerre Guld Jørgensen on January 16, 2013 at 2:45am I used to smoke, I stopped. Besides, smoking doesn't make you smell like tobacco, but smoke and nicotine. Leather is a part of my wardrobe, but it doesn't have a particular scent, if you ask me. I'm studying information science - kinda makes it stupid, to go back again, and work in manual labor (I used to work as a craftsman). But I'm looking forward to the day, I own my own house, and I can work on it, and smell like it. The smell of linseed oil, is amazing.
Permalink Reply by rowdy on January 23, 2013 at 10:06pm So it's stupid to do manual labor and be a craftsman but it's not stupid to want to smell like something you think is stupid. You want to smell like leather because you think that the real leather you wear doesn't smell enough like leather. You want to smell like tobacco but not like you use tobacco...Why don't you just smell like a science guy and not try to pretend to be something you aren't or have no interest in being. Sorry for the late reply I was busy with working as an actual welder. Stop trying to be something you're not, you'll just look foolish in the end.
Permalink Reply by Jonathan Bjerre Guld Jørgensen on January 24, 2013 at 2:41am Come on... Why would I think that being a craftsman is stupid? The stupid thing is to begin something and not finishing it. What's with the fuss? Why read things i don't believe in to those sentences and get mad?
You must admit, that burnt and unburnt tobacco are two different things. And would be a bit weird to walk around with tobacco in your pockets, you know, just because.
