Guys who stand around with a dumb smile and passive expressions reflect pussification in our society. When you speak to a man you should have his full attention and his direct eye contact. When he is speaking, you should be listening and his manner should demand that from you instantaneously. I believe that men need to learn how to take command of interpersonal situations especially with women. They need to develop command presence in their everyday encounters whether on their job or in social settings. Anything less gives the impression that they are weak, indecisive, and easily manipulated by others.
