His eyes should be direct and piercing.  His stance should be erect and his personna should reflect the testosterone in his blood.  I believe that there is manly value in being somewhat off-putting.  Guys who stand around with a dumb smile and passive expressions reflect pussification in our society.  When you speak to a man you should have his full attention and his direct eye contact.  When he is speaking, you should be listening and his manner should demand that from you instantaneously.  I believe that men need to learn how to take command of interpersonal situations especially with women.  They need to develop command presence in their everyday encounters whether on their job or in social settings.  Anything less gives the impression that they are weak, indecisive, and easily manipulated by others.  Pussification is not the result of the women's movement but rather the failure of men to behave manly.  We need to regain our place as the stronger and dominant gender,
